In this blog I extend my unforgiving dissection beyond compressors, to include all musical equipment, the marketing thereof, and anything else in the world that I feel needs to be drastically improved, reconsidered, or buried.
I believe strongly that complaining is no good unless constructive alternatives are offered! I also believe that everything can be made better, that manufacturers often are blind to their own poor judgment, and that public constructive criticism is one of the best ways to deliver valuable feedback to manufacturers.
So understand my intention here: I will say very sharp things about products and marketing that I feel were poorly executed, but it is only in the hope that the right person will read these comments and find them valuable for their company’s future success. I want musical equipment companies, especially small ones, to succeed. I criticize because I care!
